How long will my order take?
Orders are made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 working days for apparel and 2–3 working days for mugs and accessories. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen delivery method.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight.
Is everything made to order?
Yes. Every piece is printed specifically for you. This reduces waste and keeps production intentional.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizes vary slightly by product. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
How should I care for my garments?
Wash inside out at 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly over the print. Treat it well. It will last.
Can I return or exchange an item?
As all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Production and fulfilment are handled by our UK-based partner using responsibly sourced garments. Quality matters. So does simplicity.
